  • Hydraulic Double Acting Actuator - HAD

    Actuators

    The HAD series are double acting type actuators that can operate with

    • the On/Off function â€?fully closed and opened position or vice versa
    • the modulating function â€?close or open to a certain position between fully closed and fully opened position

    Hydraulic Single Acting Actuator - HAS

    HAS series are single acting type actuator that can operate with

    • the fail close function (close due to lost of hydraulic pressure)
    • the fail open function (open due to lost of hydraulic pressure)

    Rotary Actuator - RA

    Actuators

    DMH rotary actuators have a highest load change numbers on the market. The actuators also have a fast tilt times with internal impermeability (holding position).

    These actuators have modifiability of:

    • length
    • diameter
    • torque

    Pneumatic Actuator - PA

    Actuators

    DMP series Pneumatic Actuators uses the Scotch-Yoke technology. This technology is well known to produce very high torque at both end positions.

    All specifications follow international standards for more efficient mounting of accessories �solenoid valve, limit switches, positioners etc.

    Operating temperatures: -20°C to 80°C

    Electric Actuator - EA

    The EA has a robust and compact construction that provides a high output torque �9000Nm. It has hard anodized aluminium housing with external power coating for severe industrial environment.

    The enclosure uses radial seals & O-rings that provide protection to waterproof IP67 (Nema 4&6) and optional watertight IP68. The Reliable Mechanical Toque sensing system provides safe operation in overload conditions.

    Various local position control options are available to provide easy commissioning and operation in the field. The large window and the presence of an indicator give superior position indication from a distance.

    • Keep valve in safe position (open/close) during a hydraulic failure (HAS Series)
    • Hold the last position of the actuator during a hydraulic failure (HAD series)

    The Hand Pump is used to operate the valve via the actuator in the event of an emergency.

    Steps:

    • Connect Hand Pump with couplings (both connections)
    • Select necessary end position of the control valve with the Hand Pump

    Air Bubbling Sensor

    Air Bubbling Sensor

    The Air Bubbling Sensor is a pneumatic gauge designed to measure the liquid level of tank with electric output. It is a pneumatic-electrical type transmitter.

    It is based on the principle of “bubbling�that is well known for its sturdiness and reliability. A fixed flow of air is passed through a tube with an opening below the surface of the liquid level. Pressure in the tube is proportional to the depth (and density) of the liquid over the outlet of the tube. Pressure signal is then either displayed through pressure gauge with level scale or converted to electrical signal (mV or 4-20mA) through a pressure transmitter.

    It is suitable for measuring the level of sewage, drainage water, sewage sludge and water with large quantities of suspended solids. It is a good choice for classified “Hazardous Areas� Due to of its purge function, this transmitter is considered as inherently “self-cleaning� Air bubbling transmitter is highly recommended for liquid level measurement for those applications where ultrasonic, float or microwave techniques have proved undependable.

    The compressed air can be supplied from the main air utility via a reducing valve or by using a miniature compressor.

    Radar Type Sensor

    Radar Type Sensor

    DMH carries two kinds of radar type sensors.

    The VEGAFLEX 66 is a level sensor for measurement of liquids and bulk solids at high pressures and temperatures. It delivers reliable and high precision measured values unaffected by ambient influences such as dust, steam, build-up and condensation.

    The VEGAPULS SR 68 is a radar sensor for continuous measurement of bulk solids even under difficult process conditions. It is particularly suitable for level measurement in high silos and large bunkers.

    Computer Control Station

    The Computer Control System is used to operate and monitor the carious tank management system of the vessel such as the valve remote control system, tank gauging system and cargo monitoring system.

    Solenoid Valve Cabinet - SVC

    Solenoid Valve Cabinet - SVC

    A SVC is designed to suit customers�requirements as it houses both the hydraulic and the electrical section.

    Control signals are received from the control switches to activate the solenoid valves to control the direction of oil flow to each actuator.

    The electrical section is designed with IP44 protection class. It can also be build with the PLC remote I/Os and other system processing capability.
